Connect with the demo portal and get started straight away. You do not need approval from the organisation.

The Jobcenter is an example here. Bürgerportal is also intended for towns, local councils and other organisations.

The demo portal is for learning and trying things out. Test the features with made-up details and sample documents — without a real request.

Afterwards, simply keep using your existing [Bürgerportal account](https://www.buergerportal.de/en/your-account) for your own requests. Connect with the organisation you need and use its services once your access has been approved.
