## The company behind Bürgerportal.

BUERGERPORTAL.DE is developed in TEC2DATE’s Software Competence Hub. This is where we create web portals, mobile apps and custom specialist applications, including for public administration and social services providers.

TEC2DATE’s IT Competence Hub brings together IT services, IT infrastructure and IT consulting. Both divisions work independently and can combine their expertise on joint projects. For Bürgerportal, this means software development, integration and technical operation can be handled within one company.

Residents get one place to access services. Organisations can connect existing specialist applications, document management systems and other services. We work out which features and data flows are needed for each administrative process.

BUERGERPORTAL.DE is not a government portal or a public authority. The relevant organisation remains responsible for administrative services, procedures and decisions.

TEC2DATE develops and operates the technical platform and provides integration options. Participating organisations are responsible for their administrative procedures, operational data and decisions. Your organisation is therefore the right contact for questions about the handling of your request.
